Refund policy

If the book isn't useful to you, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying it, and you keep the book.

How to ask

Write to hello@themediterraneanhousehold.com from the email you bought with, or include it in your message. You don't need to give a reason. We refund the full price through our store, usually within a few business days; your bank may take a little longer to show it.

After 30 days

If something is wrong with your file, write to us any time and we'll send it again.

EU and UK buyers

Digital books are delivered right away, which normally ends the 14-day right to cancel once you start the download. Our 30-day refund applies to you anyway.
